About the title – too many questions – i’d rather answer it here -
It happened some time ago that some of us at college noted that we hadn’t emptied a pen refill since we started college. the pens vanish. strange it seemed that it happened to everyone !
The magnitude of mis-placements (so-thought) was not easy to comprehend and higher than what a common man would imagine. hmm.. there had to be an end to this ( time to quote third law of thermodynamics – Matter cannot be created nor destoroyed! 
). we well-informed people weren’t to be mis-guided easily. There is no known source to all the loans in the world either. ah!
